酸枣仁汤治疗MECT所致记忆障碍对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨酸枣仁汤治疗无抽搐电休克疗法所致记忆障碍的临床疗效.方法将行无抽搐电休克疗法治疗的64例抑郁症患者按入院顺序随机分为两组,每组32例.两组均行无抽搐电休克疗法治疗,研究组在此基础上联合酸枣仁汤治疗.观察3周.于治疗前后采用临床记忆量表测定记忆商.结果治疗前两组记忆商比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组记忆商较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论酸枣仁汤能改善抑郁症患者无抽搐电休克疗法治疗所致记忆障碍.Objective To explore the clinical effect of Suanzaoren decoction on MECT-induced memory impairment.Methods 64 patients with depression treated with MECT were randomly assigned to two groups,32 cases each.Both groups were treated with MECT,and the research group was combined with Suanzaoren decoction on this basis for 3 weeks.Memory quotient was determined by Clinical Memory Scale before and after the treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in memory quotient between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the memory quotient of the two groups was significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Suanzaoren decoction can improve memory impairment induced by MECT in depressed patients.
