摘　　要：目的分析鳞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)表达对宫颈癌手术治疗后临床转归的预测价值。方法选取2014年1月-2016年7月重庆市开州区人民医院收治的行宫颈癌手术患者84例,比较患者手术前后血清SCC-Ag水平;术后随访2年,以发生癌细胞转移、复发或死亡为研究终点,比较预后良好患者与复发或转移患者SCC-Ag水平。结果Ⅰa、Ⅰb1、Ⅰb2、Ⅱa、Ⅱb期宫颈癌患者术后血清SCC-Ag水平均明显低于术前(P<0.01);随访2年,预后良好72例(85.71%),复发或转移12例(14.29%);术后预后良好患者血清SCC-Ag水平低于复发或转移患者(P<0.01)。结论宫颈癌术后血清SCC-Ag水平高的患者复发或转移发生率明显高于SCC-Ag水平低的患者,SCC-Ag表达对宫颈癌术后患者的临床转归具有预测价值,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To analyze the predictive value of squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)expression on clinical outcome after cervical cancer surgery.Methods 84 patients with cervical cancer surgery who were admitted to the Kaizhou District People’s Hospital in Chongqing from January 2014 to July 2016 were selected.Serum SCC-Ag levels were compared between patients before and after surgery;follow-up was performed for 2 years after surgery,with cancer cell metastasis,recurrence or death as the end point of the study.SCC-Ag levels were compared between patients with good prognosis and patients with recurrence or metastasis.Results Serum SCC-Ag levels of patients with stageⅠa,Ⅰb1,Ⅰb2,Ⅱa,andⅡb cervical cancer were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.01);follow-up for 2 years,72 cases(85.71%)had a good prognosis,12 cases(14.29%)had recurrence or metastasis;The serum SCC-Ag level of patients with good postoperative prognosis was lower than that of patients with recurrence or metastasis(P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence of recurrence or metastasis in patients with high serum SCC-Ag levels after cervical cancer surgery is significantly higher than that in patients with low SCC-Ag levels.The expression of SCC-Ag has predictive value for the clinical outcome of patients with cervical cancer surgery and is worthy of clinical promote use.
