T-scan咬合力计在咬合板调(牙合)中的应用

摘　　要：目的用T-scan咬合力计评价咬合纸对咬合板调(牙合)的效果。方法收集20例咬合不协调所致的咀嚼肌疼痛患者,佩戴咬合板后,先用咬合纸对其进行调(牙合),达到咬合纸调(牙合)标准后再用T-scan检查调(牙合)效果,如有早接触点或(牙合)干扰点,继续调(牙合),直至无早接触及(牙合)干扰点,观察T-scan指导调(牙合)前后的咬合时间、咬合分离时间、左右侧牙弓咬合力百分比差值有无差异。结果 T-scan指导调(牙合)后的咬合时间、前伸咬合分离时间、左侧牙弓咬合分离时间、右侧牙弓咬合分离时间、左右侧牙弓咬合力百分比差值均小于T-scan指导调(牙合)前。其中,T-scan指导调(牙合)后的咬合分离时间、左右侧牙弓咬合力百分比差值相较于T-scan指导调(牙合)前具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 (1)咬合纸检查咬合时,对于动态早接触点及(牙合)干扰点存在不足,在临床上可采取相应措施来改善。(2)T-scan咬合力计相较于咬合纸,能准确定位异常咬合接触点,指导咬合纸对咬合板调(牙合)后,患者的咬合明显改善。Objective To evaluate the effect of the bite paper on the bite plate adjustment occlusion using a Tscan. Methods Collecting 20 patients with masticatory muscle pain caused by occlusion. After wearing the bite plate, they were occluded with articulating paper to achieve the occlusal occlusion standard and then T-scan.Adjust the occlusal effect, if there is an early contact point or occlusal interference point, continue to adjust the occlusion,until there is no early contact and occlusal interference,observe the difference between the occlusion time before and after T-scan guidance, the occlusion separation time, and the difference in the percentage of left and right dental occlusion. Results The occlusal time, the occlusal separation time, left arch bite separation time, right arch bite separation time, and the percentage difference of the left and right occlusal bite force of adjustment occlusion guided after by T-scan were smaller than that before adjustment occlusion guided by T-scan..Among them, the time of occlusal separation and the percentage difference between the left and right arch bite force after T-scan guidance occlusal were statistically different from that before T-scan guidance occlusal(P <0.05).Conclusion (1)When the articulating paper is checked for occlusion, there is a deficiency in the dynamic early contact point and the occlusal interference point, and corresponding measures can be taken in the clinic to reduce the deficiency. (2)Compared with the articulating paper, the T-scan can accurately locate the abnormal occlusal contact point and guide the articulating paper to the occlusal plate to adjust the occlusion.
