不同根管冲洗液对慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗的疗效影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同根管冲洗液在一次性根管治疗中的应用疗效。方法选取因慢性根尖周炎需行根管治疗的患者66例,随机分为三组,每组各22例。每组均采用2.5%NaClO作为基础冲洗液,在根管预备完成后,A组:0.9%生理盐水;B组:17%EDTA;C组:QMix溶液;然后行一次性根管充填术。分别评价根充合格率、术后第1、3、7天根管治疗诊间急症(IAE)的发生率及术后1年根管治疗的疗效。结果三组根管充填合格率均为100%。术后第1天,C组IAE发生率显著低于A、B两组(P<0.05);术后第3、7天三组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。术后1年根管治疗疗效:C组有效率最高,显著高于A组(P<0.05);但与B组相比未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论QMix可有效减少一次性根管治疗诊间急诊的发生,提高疗效。Objective To evaluate the effects of different irrigating solutions on the single-visit root canal therapy of the chronic apical periodontitis.Methods Sixty-six patients with chronic apical periodontitis requiring root canal therapy were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 22 patients in each group.2.5%NaClO was used as the initial irrigation solution in each group,after root canal preparation.Group A:0.9%physiological saline,Group B:17%EDTA solution,Group C:QMix solution.When one-time root canal filling were completed,the qualified rate of root canal filling、the incidence rate of endodontic interappointment emergencies(IAE)at 1d,3d,7d and the effect of root canal therapy one year after operation were compared.Results The qualified rate of root canal filling of three groups were 100%.The incidence rate of IAE of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B on postoperative day 1(P<0.05).There was no significant difference among the three groups on the 3rd and 7th day after operation(P>0.05).Efficacy of root canal therapy 1 year after operation:group C was the highest which was significantly higher than group A(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and groug B(P>0.05).Conclusion QMix can effectively reduce the occurrence of IAE in the single-visit root canal therapy of the chronic apical periodontitis.
