摘　　要：农业科研辅助人员是农业科技人力资源的重要组成部分。编外科研辅助人员是目前科研辅助人员的主体,在农业科研试验基地中发挥着重要的作用。文章阐述了农业科研试验基地编外科辅人员的分类及作用,分析了编外科辅人员队伍建设中存在的问题,并从加强制度建设、拓宽发展渠道、增强归属感和荣誉感、完善薪酬管理制度等方面提出解决对策,以期为新形势下农业试验基地编外科辅队伍的建设提供参考。Agricultural scientific research assistants are an important part of agricultural science and technology human resources.As the main subject of research assistants,supernumerary research assistants play a vital role in agricultural research experimental bases.In this paper,the classification and function of supernumerary research assistants in agricultural research experimental bases were discussed.Based on the survey of current situation and problems,we proposed the solutions and countermeasures,such as strengthening institutional development,broadening development channel,enhancing the cohesion,improving encouragement mechanism,and perfecting salary management system.The study is supposed to provide the references for the team building of supernumerary research assistants in agricultural research experimental bases under the new situation.
