摘　　要：目的探讨SBAR标准沟通模式在精神科开放病房晨会交接班中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年7月-2019年6月北京回龙观医院精神科开放病房21名护士为研究对象。干预前采用常规交班模式,干预后采用SBAR沟通模式交班。比较干预前后护士中文版护士交接班评估量表(NASR)、中文版安全态度调查问卷(C-SAQ)得分情况。结果干预后,护士NASR得分为(84.82±0.71)分,高于干预前的(75.36±9.13)分,干预前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,护士的C-SAQ得分为(146.37±8.78)分,高于干预前的(124.36±7.03)分,干预前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科开放病房使用SBAR沟通模式交班,实现了规范的交接沟通,更好地落实护理措施,提高了护士的安全态度,保证了患者安全。Objective To explore the effects of SBAR standard communication model in morning shift handover in open psychiatric ward.Methods Totally 21 nurses in the open psychiatric wards of Beijing HuiLongGuan Hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected by convenient sampling.The regular shift handover model was used before the intervention,while the SBAR communication model was used after the intervention.The scores of the Chinese Nursing Assessment of Shift Report(NASR)and the Chinese Safety Attitude Questionnaire(C-SAQ)were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the nurses NASR score was(84.82±0.71),higher than that(75.36±9.13)before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the nurses C-SAQ score was(146.37±8.78),higher than that(124.36±7.03)before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of the SBAR communication model in open psychiatric wards uses helps to realize standardized handover communication,carry out nursing measures,improve the nurses'safety attitude,and ensure the safety of patients.
