摘  要:介绍了一种针对HTCC/LTCC生陶瓷材料加工行业中的新型鸭嘴式吸尘机构。该机构是针对客户需求而设计,同时利用计算流体力学分析软件ANSYS FLUENT进行建模、计算、后处理,并与传统的吸尘方式的除尘效率进行了对比。通过模拟计算验证了该方案的可行性,最终在新型JW630QZ激光打孔设备上进行了试验验证,取得了较好的工艺效果,获得用户认可。A new type of duckbill dust suction mechanism is introduced for HTCC/LTCC raw ceramic material processing industry.The mechanism is specially designed for customer needs,at the same time using the computational fluid dynamics analysis software ANSYS FLUENT for modeling,calculation,and post-processing.The dust removal efficiency is compared with the traditional dust collection method,and the feasibility of the program is verified by simulation calculations.Finally,it has been tested and verified by the new JW630QZ laser drilling equipment,and achieved good technological effect,which has been recognized by users.
