摘 要:多速变速器作为电动汽车的速度切换元件,在换挡时存在明显的拓扑变化,然而在传动数学模型中忽视了这一重要现象,导致传动动态响应预测存在很大偏差。针对电动汽车多变速传动在换挡过程中的拓扑变化,本文提出的一种基于脉冲动量关系的变速箱拓扑变化模型,引入正交补码消除了非工作约束,分析了换挡拓扑变化引起的速度跳跃。基于变速箱试验台和MATLAB仿真模型,开展了试验和仿真研究,对包含速度跳跃的多速变速箱变速过程进行了仿真,通过对比试验结果验证了本文提出的拓扑变化模型的正确性,实现了变速器动态响应更真实的预测,该模型可应用于任何具有换挡功能的车辆变速箱。As the speed switching component of electric vehicle,the multi-speed transmission has obvious topological changes when shifting.However,this important phenomenon is ignored in the transmission mathematical model,which leads to a large deviation in the prediction of the dynamic response of transmission.Aiming at the topological change of multi-speed transmission in the process of shifting,a new model of transmission topological change based on impulse momentum relation was proposed.Orthogonal complement was introduced to eliminate non-working constraints,and the speed jump caused by the change of shifting topology was analyzed.Based on the transmission test-bed and the MATLAB simulation model,the experiment and simulation were carried out,and the transmission process of multi-speed transmission with speed jump was simulated.The correctness of the proposed topological change model was verified by the comparative test results.More realistic prediction of the transmission dynamic response is achieved.The model can be applied to any vehicle gearbox with shift function.
