摘　　要：新媒体与大学生的学习生活密不可分,不科学、不合理地使用新媒体对大学生的思想、心灵和身体健康均会造成负面影响。在健康中国建设背景下,以"三明三康"教育理念为指导,加强思想政治教育,提升大学生新媒体素养,实现线上线下联动,有助于大学生正确应用新媒体,促进大学生健康成长和成才。New media is closely related to college students'study and life.The unscientific and unreasonable application of new media has a negative impact on college students'mental,spiritual and physical health.Under the background of healthy China construction,and under the guidance of"three mings and three kangs"education concept,strengthening ideological and political education,improving new media literacy,and realizing online and offline linkage are conducive to the correct application of new media for college students,and promoting their healthy growth and success.
