摘 要:基于对中小型文化企业的问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型,通过理论分析,验证集群创新网络、组织间学习与文化企业创新能力三者之间的关系;拓展文化产业集群创新网络、组织间学习的研究,来剖析提升文化中小企业创新能力所具有的参照意义,结果表明:创新网络关系强度、组织间学习均对企业创新绩效有正向影响;网络规模、网络中心度通过组织间学习间接地促进了企业创新绩效;组织间学习起到了部分中介作用。Based on the data collected from questionnaire survey in338 small and medium-sized cultural enterprises,through the adoption of structural equation model and theoretical analysis,the article has tested the relationship among cluster innovation network,inter-organizational learning and the innovation capacity of cultural enterprises.The article has also expanded the research of cluster innovation network of cultural industry and inter-organizational learning so as toexplore the reference significance ofenhancing the innovation capacity of small and medium-sized cultural enterprises.The results show that:both the relationship strength of innovation network and inter-organizational learning have had positive effect upon innovation performance of enterprises;the network scale and centrality have indirectly promoted the innovation performance of enterprises through inter-organizational learning;and inter-organizational learning has played part of the mediating role.
