摘　　要：目的探讨组织因子(membrane-bound full-length,flTF)及其可溶性剪切体(alternatively spliced tissue factor, asTF在结肠癌组织中的表达,并分析其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测2015年7月-2018年12月方便选取在郑州人民医院行结肠癌切除术的42例患者的结肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织中flTF及asTF mRNA表达水平,并分析与肿瘤转移力的影响。结果结肠癌组织中flTFmRNA表达水平[5.53(4.80~13.32)]高于癌旁组织[0.36(0.02~1.21)],差异有统计学意义;结肠癌组织中asTFmRNA表达水平[1.26(0.74~2.02)]高于癌旁组织[0.11(0.06~0.57)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。伴有远处转移的结肠癌组织中flTF的表达水平[8.64(5.98~12.71)]高于无转移的结肠癌组织(2.25(1.57~5.32)、有远处转移的结肠癌组织中asTF表达水平[5.19(4.96~7.84)]高于无转移组(0.67(0.23~1.08)),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 flTF及asTF在结肠癌中组织中异常高表达,并与结肠癌侵袭与转移相关。Objective To investigate the expression of tissue factor(membrane-bound full-length(flTF)and its alternative spliced tissue factor(asTF)in colon cancer tissues,and analyze its clinical significance.Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of flTF and asTF mRNA in colon cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues of 42 patients who were conveniently selected and underwent colon cancer resection at Zhengzhou People's Hospital from July 2015 to December 2018.Influence of transfer force.Results The expression level of flTFmRNA[5.53(4.80~13.32)]in colon cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues[0.36(0.02~1.21)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the expression level of asTFmRNA in colon cancer tissues[1.26(0.74~2.02)],higher than adjacent tissues[0.11(0.06~0.57)],and the difference was statistically significant.The expression level of flTF[8.64(5.98~12.71)]in colon cancer tissues with distant metastasis was higher than that in colon cancer tissues without metastasis[2.25(1.57~5.32)]and colon cancer tissues with distant metastases.The level(5.19(4.96~7.84))was higher than that in the non-metastatic group(0.67(0.23~1.08)),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion flTF and asTF are abnormally highly expressed in colon cancer tissues,and are associated with colon cancer invasion and metastasis.
