摘　　要：贾敏教授认为瑞尔黑变病的发生与肝、肾脏腑功能失调密切相关,其发病本于肝肾亏虚,病机主要为肝失疏泄、肾之阴阳失调,致肝肾亏损,气血失和,瘀阻经脉,肌肤失养,故贾敏教授认为应当辨病与辨证相结合,治病求本,治以滋补肝肾、活血化瘀为法,通过滋补肝肾,促进其肝肾脏腑功能平和;活血化瘀,进而气血运行正常,濡养肌肤气血和,肌肤得养,临床取得较好的疗效。Professor Jia Min believes that the occurrence of Riel's disease is closely related to liver and kidney dysfunction.The pathogenesis is due to liver and kidney deficiency.The main pathogenesis is liver loss and yin and yang dysfunction,causing liver and kidney loss.qi and blood loss,phlegm obstruction meridians,skin dystrophy,so Professor Jia Min believes that the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,treatment of the disease,treatment to nourish liver and kidney,blood circulation and phlegm,through nourishing liver and kidney,promote Its liver and kidney function is calm;it promotes blood circulation and phlegm,and then the blood and blood run normally,support the skin and blood,and the skin is raised,and the clinical effect is better.
