摘 要:目的:建立川参通注射液中总酚酸、总黄酮及单糖三大类成分含量的测定方法。方法:取10批次川参通注射液成品,采用紫外分光光度法对其中总酚酸、总黄酮和单糖大类成分进行线性、精密度、稳定性、重现性及加样回收率等方法学考察,并测定各类成分的含量。结果:总酚酸、总黄酮和单糖大类成分的线性r值均大于0. 999,精密度、稳定性及重现性的相对标准偏差(RSD)<1. 0%,加样回收率介于98%~102%,10批川参通注射液中总酚酸、总黄酮及单糖的平均含量分别为2. 05、18. 21及53. 58 g/L。结论:所建立的川参通注射液中总酚酸、总黄酮及单糖大类成分的含量测定方法简便、准确可靠。Objective:To establish a measuring method to determine the volume of total phenolic acids,flavonoids and monosaccharide in chuanshentong injection.Methods:By means of UV spectrophotometry,the linearity,precision,stability,reproducibility and the sample recovery rate of the concentrations of total phenolic acids,flavonoids and monosaccharide were determined in 10 batches of chuanshentong injection.Results:The correlation coefficient r of total phenolic acids,flavonoids and monosaccharide were all greater than 0.999.The RSD of precision,stability and reproducibility was all less than 1.0%.The recovery rates were between 98%and 102%.The average concentrations of total phenolic acids,flavonoids,and monosaccharides in 10 batches of chuanshentong injection were 2.05,18.21 and 53.58 g/L respectively.Conclusion:The measuring method is simple,accurate and reliable for the determination of the concentration of total phenolic acids,flavonoids and monosaccharide in chuanshentong injection.
