摘　　要：目的:探讨血清心肌酶检测在精神分裂症早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年1月至2019年2月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的100例精神分裂症患者为研究组,并选择同期郑州大学第一附属医院100名体检健康者为对照组,比较两组血清心肌酶水平,并观察精神分裂症患者治疗前后血清心肌酶水平变化。结果:研究组患者血清心肌酶[天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)]水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB、α-HBDH水平均显著低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者血清心肌酶水平高于健康人,病情缓解后血清心肌酶水平降低,可将其作为精神分裂症患者的早期诊断及预后判断的指标。Objective:To explore application value of serum myocardial enzyme level detection in early diagnosis of schizophrenia.Methods:100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to February 2019 were selected as the study group,and 100 healthy people with physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum myocardial enzyme levels of the two groups were compared,and the changes of serum myocardial enzyme levels of the patients with schizophrenia before and after the treatment were observed.Results:The serum myocardial enzymes levels in the study group[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),alpha-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH)]were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB,andα-HBDH in the study group were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The expressions of serum myocardial enzymes in the patients with schizophrenia are more than those of healthy people,and are reduced after the conditions are relieved.Therefore,they can be used as the early diagnostic and outcome indicators for the patients with schizophrenia.
