全腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗早期分化型甲状腺癌的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察全腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗早期分化型甲状腺癌的效果。方法:选取60例早期分化型甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,按手术方案不同分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予开放性传统手术治疗,观察组采用全腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗,比较两组术后美观效果,术中出血量、手术时间、术后引流量、拆线时间及住院时间等手术情况及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者手术美观效果满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量、术后引流量均少于对照组,拆线时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的36.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗分化型甲状腺癌效果较好,可提高术后美观度,减少术后并发症。Objective:To observe effects of total endoscopic thyroidectomy in treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer.Methods:60 patients with early differentiated thyroid cancer were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical protocols,30 cases in each.The control group was given traditional open surgical treatment,while the observation group was treated with total endoscopic thyroidectomy.Then,the postoperative aesthetic effects,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative drainage volume,stitch removal time and hospitalization time,and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The aesthetic effect satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group;the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were less than those of the control group;the stitch removal time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than 36.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Total endoscopic thyroidectomy is effective in the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer.It can improve the postoperative aesthetics and reduce the postoperative complications.
