浅谈板坯喷蒸预热在镂铣纤维板生产中的应用

摘　　要：介绍镂铣纤维板生产所用喷蒸预热机的主要结构、工作原理、关键控制参数以及喷蒸预热与连续热压之间匹配操作的经验,分析使用喷蒸预热生产镂铣纤维板常见质量缺陷的成因并介绍解决措施,以期为工厂更好地使用喷蒸预热提供指导。This present work introduced the main structure,working principle,key control parameters and the experience of steam injection vacuum preheating;and discussed the operation experience on the matching steam injection vacuum preheating an continuous press.The causes of the common quality defects in the production of milled fibreboard by steam injection vacuum preheating were analysed,it could provide guidance for applying steam injection vacuum preheating in milled fibreboard production.
