摘  要:以脲醛树脂热压粉状胶为胶黏剂,以栎木和赛鞋木豆两种单板为研究对象,探讨了三层实木复合地板表板横拼胶合工艺中热压温度和加压时间的选择。结果表明,在本实验条件下推荐热压温度(108±3)℃时,栎木表板热压时间37 s,赛鞋木豆热压时间36 s;热压温度(103±3)℃时,栎木41 s,赛鞋木豆的热压时间37 s;热压温度(98±3)℃时,栎木48 s,赛鞋木豆44 s。The hot pressing temperature and pressing time in the splicing process of surface board of three-layer engineering flooring with urea formaldehyde resin were discussed.The results showed that under the hot pressing temperature (108±3) ℃,the recommended hot pressing time of oak veneer was 37 s,that of Awoura zingana was 36 s;when the hot pressing temperature was (103±3) ℃,the recommended hot pressing time of oak was 41 s,that of Awoura zingana was 37 s;when the hot pressing temperature was (98±3) ℃,the recommended hot pressing time oak was 48 s,that of Awoura zingana was 44 s.
