摘　　要：大型仪器设备是高校进行教学和科研工作的基础保障和必备条件。随着高校大型仪器设备购置总量的逐年增长,如何科学和高效地完成设备购置,是高校管理人员亟待思考的问题。通过深入分析目前高校大型仪器设备购置过程中存在的问题,从加强大型仪器设备购置论证、严格大型仪器设备招标环节管理、优化合同全过程管理、规范大型仪器设备建账四个方面提出了相应的对策,旨在对高校大型设备购置工作提供一些借鉴和参考。Large-scale instruments and equipment are the basic guarantee and necessary condition for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.With the increase of the total amount of large-scale equipment purchase in colleges and universities year by year,how to complete the equipment purchase scientifically and efficiently is a problem that university administrators urgently need to think about.Through in-depth analysis of the current problems existing in the process of large instruments and equipment purchase in colleges and universities,this research proposes four corresponding countermeasure,including strengthening the large instruments and equipment purchase argumentation,stricting the management of large instruments and equipment bidding,optimizing the whole process of contract management and specificating large instruments and equipment subscription,in order to provide some reference for large equipment purchase work in colleges and universities.
