摘　　要：随着现代诊断技术和化学治疗水平的改进,白血病患者生存率不断提高,白血病浸润眼部的临床症状也越来越多样化。肿瘤细胞几乎可以侵及所有眼部结构,掌握白血病的眼部表现对眼部疾病诊断和治疗有重要意义。该文就急性淋巴细胞性白血病的眼部表现进行探讨,包括肿瘤细胞的原发(直接)和继发(间接)浸润,并阐述其发病机制。With the improvement of modern diagnostic techniques and the level of chemotherapy,the survival rate of patients with leukaemia is constantly increasing and the clinical symptoms of ocular infiltration of leukemia are becoming more and more diverse.Leukemic cells can almost invade all ocular tissues.Mastering the ophthalmic manifestations of leukemia is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases.In this article,t he ophthalmic manifestations of acute lymphoblastic leukemia including primary(direct)a nd secondary(indirect)i nfiltration of leukemic cells were investigated to unravel the underlying pathogenesis.
