普通高校足球校队训练有效性研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,以安徽省部分高校足球校队的训练为研究对象,通过分析影响足球校队训练有效性的因素,得出校队存在学校保障机制不健全、校园足球氛围不浓郁、训练理念陈旧和队员选拔难等问题.为有效提升训练的有效性,本文结合训练实际,提出创新训练理念、科学选拔人才、科学制定训练计划和加强心理锻炼等建议.By means of literature review,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper takes as the research object the training of some school football teams in Anhui province.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the training effectiveness,it is concluded that the safeguard mechanism is not sound,campus football atmosphere is not strong,training method is obsolete,and selection of players is difficult.In order to improve the training effectiveness,the author puts forward some suggestions as innovating training concept,selecting players scientifically,making training plans scientifically and increasing sychological training.
