摘　　要：针对地方高校软件工程专业大学生开发实践能力较弱、团队协作能力不足、创新意识缺乏的现状,建立基于工作坊理念和项目驱动的大学生创新团队,初步验证工作坊理念在软件工程专业实践教学中的应用效果,为新工科背景下地方院校软件工程人才培养提供理论参考和借鉴。In view of the current situation of weak development practical capacity,insufficient teamwork ability and inadequate inno⁃vation awareness of college students in Software Engineering of local universities,an innovative team of college students was established based on workshop concept and project-driven.The application effect of workshop idea in practical teaching of software engineering major was preliminarily verified in the process of team building.This study will provide academic reference for the talent cultivation of software engineering in local universities under the new engineering background.
