摘　　要：习近平青年观是对马克思主义青年观的继承和发展,围绕着青年和青年工作发表的系列论述,为高校思想政治教育工作指明了方向。在习近平青年观的引领下,高校思政教育地位显著提高,思政课教学模式不断创新,教学内容重点日益突出,为新形势下更好完成青年培养目标提供了有力保障。XI Jinping's view of youth is the inheritance and development of Marxist view of youth.It focuses on youth and youth work,points out the direction of youth work in colleges,and has important guiding significance for the ideological and political education of col⁃lege youth.It can lead the ideological and political education work in colleges,improve the status of ideological and political education,change the role of ideological and political educators,innovate the teaching model of ideological and political courses,and focus on ideo⁃logical and political education and teaching.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's youth outlook,the work of college youth can better achieve the goal of cultivating young people in the new era.
