摘 要:为了探究藏羔羊日粮中氮硫质量的最佳配比,选用体重相近,健康状况良好的60日龄断奶藏羔羊公羔150只,随机分为5组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ),每组30只,分栏分组舍饲饲养。分别用不同氮硫质量比的日粮Ⅰ(4. 5∶1)、Ⅱ(6∶1)、Ⅲ(7. 5∶1)、Ⅳ(9∶1)、Ⅴ(10. 5∶1)进行限量饲喂(试验羊体重的3%),自由饮水。预试期5 d,正式期115 d。试验羊180日龄进行屠宰取样,测定藏羔羊左侧背最长肌中长链脂肪酸的含量。结果表明:第Ⅱ(6∶1)组羔羊背最长肌中癸酸(C10∶0)、月桂酸(C12∶0)等脂肪酸含量显著高于其他各组(P<0. 05);第Ⅱ(6∶1)组羔羊背最长肌中硬脂酸(C18∶0)、反油酸(C18∶1n9t)的含量高于其余各组,差异不显著(P>0. 05)。因此,日粮中氮硫比为6∶1时有利于提高藏羔羊肌肉中长链脂肪酸的含量,更符合藏羔羊的营养需求。In order to explore the optimal ratio of nitrogen and sulfur in the diet of Tibetan lambs,we selected 150 weaned Tibetan male lambs with similar weight and good health at the age of 60 days.Lambs were randomly divided into 5 groups(namelyⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ),30 in each group and reared in separate groups.Different diets with different nitrogen and sulfur ratios were used for limited feeding(experimental testⅠ(4.5∶1),Ⅱ(6∶1),Ⅲ(7.5∶1),Ⅳ(9∶1),Ⅴ(10.5∶1)3%of sheep′s weight),free to drink water.The pre-test period was 5 days,and the formal period was 115 days.The 180-day-old sheep were sampled for slaughter to determine the content of long-chain fatty acids in the left dorsal longissimus muscle of Tibetan lamb.The results showed that the fatty acid content of capric acid(C10∶0)and lauric acid(C12∶0)in lamb dorsal longest muscle of group II(6∶1)was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).The content of stearic acid(C18∶0)and elaidic acid(C18∶1n9t)in the longest muscle of the lamb′s back in the second group(6∶1)was higher than that of the other groups,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Therefore,when the ratio of nitrogen to sulfur in the diet is 6∶1,it is more beneficial to increase the content of long-chain fatty acids in the muscles of Tibetan lambs,which is more in line with the nutritional needs of Tibetan lambs.
