摘　　要：文章基于河南交通职业技术学院继续教育学院教学与管理平台建设背景,改进和完善教学教务管理的模式和流程,落实在信息化建设中平台教学和管理工作的重要性,应用现代化信息手段开展招生、教学、教务等方面的管理工作。借助“互联网+”的成人教育网络教学与管理平台可以充分整合优化教学资源,打破时空壁垒,扩大成人教育覆盖面,改善教学效果,提高教学管理效率。Based on the background of the construction of teaching and management platform in the School of Continuing Education of Henan College of Transportation,this paper improves and perfects the mode and process of teaching and educational administration management,implements the importance of platform teaching and management in the information construction,and applies modern information means to carry out the management of enrollment,teaching and educational administration.With the help of the“internet plus”,the adult education network teaching and management platform can fully integrate and optimize teaching resources,break the barriers of time and space,expand the coverage of adult education,improve the teaching effect and improve the efficiency of teaching management.
