摘 要:文化是影响职业教育发展的深层力量,不仅影响国家的职业教育体制,还会影响职业院校发展水平和人才培养质量。中国的职业教育文化必须符合中国国情,必须符合中国特色社会主义性质。"三融"文化是由校园文化、行业文化、传统文化三者融合而成的、具有鲜明职业院校特色的育人模式,是我国职业教育内涵建设的重要内容,是中国特色社会主义"文化自信"的体现。职业院校"三融"文化建设策略包括加强职业院校的内涵建设、提升职业院校的文化影响力、防止我国职业教育出现异化、落实抓好校园文化建设四个方面。Culture is the deep force affecting the development of vocational education,which not only a ffects the system of the country’s vocational education,but also a ffects the development level of vocational colleges and the quality of personnel training.China’s vocational education culture must conform to China’s national conditions and the nature of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The“three integration”culture is an educational model with distinctive vocational college characteristics,which is the integration of campus culture,industry culture and traditional culture.It is an important content of the connotation construction of vocational education in China and the embodiment of“cultural self-confidence”of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The construction strategy of the“three integration”culture in vocational colleges includes four aspects:strengthening the connotation construction of vocational colleges,enhancing the cultural influence of vocational colleges,preventing the alienation of vocational education in China,and carrying out the construction of campus culture.
