摘　　要：通过对心理因素导致大学生手机成瘾和运动干预对手机成瘾的影响情况进行问卷调查,应用大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、情感-社会孤独量表对心理因素导致大学生手机成瘾进行了统计分析;使用spss20.0软件对手机成瘾与心理因素,以及运动干预为主的干预机制进行相关性分析和多元回归分析。发现手机成瘾与心理因素的孤独感等负面因素存在显著性正相关关系,手机成瘾与运动干预强度存在显著性负相关关系,以及运动干预可通过调整心理因素来影响大学生手机成瘾,即通过增强心理因素的正面效应,降低心理因素的负面作用,从而缓解大学生手机成瘾。针对研究结论,提出了相应的解决方案和建议,以帮助大学生缓解手机成瘾的状况。The impact of psychological factors and exercise intervention on college students’mobile phone addiction is surveyed by questionnaire.The college students’mobile phone addiction tendency scale and emotional social loneliness scale are used to statistically analyze the psychological factors leading to mobile phone addiction;and SPSS-20.0 software to analyze the correlation and multiple regressions between mobile phone addiction and psychological factors,as well as the intervention mechanism based on exercise intervention.It is found that there is a significant positive correlation between mobile phone addiction and psychological factors such as loneliness,and a significant negative correlation between mobile phone addiction and the intensity of exercise intervention,and that exercise intervention can affect college students’mobile phone addiction by adjusting psychological factors,that is,by enhancing the positive effect of psychological factors and reducing the negative effect of psychological factors,so as to alleviate college students’mobile phone addiction.In view of the research conclusion,the corresponding solutions and suggestions are put forward to help college students improve the situation of mobile phone addiction.
