摘　　要：贵州民族地区构建一体推进“三不腐”机制过程中既坚决贯彻中央统一部署,又立足地方实际,充分盘活地方资源,积极推动地方实践。通过建立健全惩戒机制、防范机制、自律机制和保障机制,在执纪监督、建章立制、宣传教育及“三不腐”协同作用等方面成效卓著,促进本地区一体推进“三不腐”工作取得了重大成效。将讲政治、守初心、强担当、重创新与抓统筹贯穿于一体推进“三不腐”工作始终,是其实践成功的重要经验。In the process of building a mechanism to promote“Three Non-corruptions”in an integrated way in Guizhou Ethnic Area,the unified deployment of the central government was implemented firmly,and local resources were fully activated and local practices were promoted actively based on the local realities.Through the establishment and improvement of disciplinary mechanism,prevention mechanism,self-discipline mechanism and safeguard mechanism,remarkable results have been achieved in discipline supervision,establishment of rules and regulations,publicity and education,and significant achievements have been made in promoting“Three Non-corruptions”in an integrated way in the region.It is an important experience to achieve successful practice to always stress politics,keep the original aspiration,shoulder responsibility,emphasize innovation and stress overall planning throughout the work.
