单页烧毁文件摊平软化效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究常见单页烧毁文件摊平软化的最优方法。方法对比不同软化剂分别使用喷雾法、气熏法、涂刷法、水漂法对烧毁复印纸、信稿纸、日记簿纸、票据纸的摊平软化效果。结果使用12%的丙三醇水溶液作为软化剂,摊平软化效果优于其他软化剂。烧毁纸张文件为复印纸时,喷雾法摊平软化效果优于其他方法。烧毁纸张文件为信稿纸时,水漂法和气熏法效果优于其他方法。烧毁纸张文件为日记簿纸时,四种方法的摊平软化效果均不大理想,但使用气熏法实验效果优于其他方法。烧毁纸张文件为票据纸时,四种方法均能取得良好的摊平软化效果。在不同纸质烧毁文件上,黑色签字笔和2B铅笔书写痕迹的显现效果均优于蓝色圆珠笔和红色签字笔。结论实践中应根据不同的检材纸质采取适合的摊平软化方法。Objective To explore the optimal method of flattening and softening the common single-sheet burnt paper for retrieving fi les.Methods Various softeners were respectively applied through the way of spraying,gas fumigation,brushing and water drifting to flatten and soften the burnt single-sheet paper out from one of the copying,writing-letter,keepingdiary and/or noting-bill,with the effects being compared of different selection and handling.Results The 12%glycerol solution,as the softener,is better of fl attening and softening effect than the other softeners.When copying paper taken as the research object,the spraying method is better of fl attening and softening effect than the other handling choices,and so is the water drifting or gas fumigation method with the writing-letter paper being selected as the research object.Yet,if keepingdiary paper was chosen as the research object,no ideal effect can be obtained of fl attening and softening from all of the four handling ways although the gas fumigation is comparatively better than the other three.Reversely,when noting-bill paper being as the research object,all of the four handling choices are quite ideal of flattening and softening effect.Moreover,from the ruined documents on different types of burnt paper,the black signature pen and the 2B pencil are better of documentretrieving effect than the blue ballpoint and red signature pen.Conclusion In practice,appropriate flattening and softening method should be adopted according to different types of paper and specifi c samples.
