摘  要:选取“本地道地”药材新会陈皮,利用超声波法提取陈皮中黄酮为有效成分,考察了陈皮提取物中总黄酮含量和自由基清除能力。在此基础上,通过对3种氨基酸的筛选及复配,制备得到一系列含陈皮提取物的氨基酸皂,并对其进行了性能检测、抑菌效果及功效评价。结果表明,复配后含陈皮提取物的氨基酸皂呈弱酸性,透明度和硬度高,发泡和稳泡性能好,对DPPH自由基有一定的清除能力,其能力与添加陈皮提取物含量呈明显量效关系,并对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有良好的抑菌效果。The“local authentic”medicinal material Xinhui tangerine peel was selected,and the flavonoids in tangerine peel were extracted by ultrasonic method as the active ingredients.The total flavonoid content and free radical scavenging ability in the tangerine peel extract were investigated.On this basis,a series of amino acid soaps containing tangerine peel extract were prepared by screening and compounding three kinds of amino acids,and their performance,antibacterial effect and efficacy were evaluated.The results show that the soaps containing tangerine peel extract are weakly acidic,with high transparency and hardness,good foaming and foam stabilizing properties,and have a certain ability to scavenge DPPH free radicals in a tangerine peel extract dose dependent manner.They also exhibited antibacterial activity against E.enteritidis and Staphylococcus aureus.
