摘　　要：目的:为提高产妇分娩舒适度,制作一款产妇医用分娩衣,利于产妇分娩前后方便穿脱,保护产妇隐私。方法:自行设计一款产妇分娩时穿着的医用分娩衣。选取100例自然分娩的产妇,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组穿着传统患服,观察组穿着医用分娩衣,应用简化舒适状况量表比较两组产妇舒适度状况,比较医护人员对两组产妇分娩情况的满意度。结果:观察组生理维度、心理精神、社会文化、环境维度和整体水平的舒适状况评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=26.22,t=38.48,t=27.14,t=37.98,t=63.73;P<0.01);医护人员对观察组分娩时着装的保护隐私、操作便携性和节约时间满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=13.611,x^2=36.711,x^2=32.411;P<0.05)。结论:产妇分娩时着医用分娩衣,穿脱方便,分娩时利于保护产妇隐私,分娩后便于婴儿早吸吮母乳,能够提高产妇分娩时舒适度,提升产房医护人员工作效率,产妇分娩时具有临床使用价值。Objective:To make a delivery clothing of parturient for further strengthening humanistic care and improving the comfort level of delivery of parturient so as to contribute to the convenience of putting on and taking off cloth before and after delivery of parturient,and to protect the privacy of them.Methods:A medical delivery cloth in delivery of parturient was designed.100 parturient who were natural childbirth were selected.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.These parturient of control group wore traditional patient cloth and these parturient of observation group wore medical delivery cloth.The simplified comfort scale was used to compare the comfort level of the two groups.And the satisfactions of paramedics for delivery of parturient of two groups also were compared.Results:The physiological dimension,psychological mentality,social culture,environmental dimension and comfort score of overall level of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(t=26.22,t=38.48,t=27.14,t=37.98,t=63.73,P<0.01),respectively.And the satisfactions of paramedic for privacy protection,operation convenience and time saving of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(x^2=13.611,x^2=36.711,x^2=32.411,P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:It is convenient for parturient to wear and take off medical delivery cloth during delivery,which is beneficial to protect the privacy of parturient during delivery.And it is convenient for baby to suck breast milk early after delivery.It can improve the comfort level of parturient during delivery,and improve the working efficiency of paramedic.It has clinical application value for parturient in delivery.
