摘　　要：原发性颌骨内癌是一种罕见的来源于牙源性上皮剩余的恶性肿瘤。本文报告1例发生于右侧下颌骨内的鳞状细胞癌病例。该患者表现为右侧下颌骨拔牙创口迁延不愈且伴肉芽组织形成,局部疼痛,但不影响进食及言语功能。采用手术切除、左侧血管化游离腓骨肌皮瓣修复,术后病理检查证实为鳞状细胞癌。Primary intraosseous squamous cell carcinoma is a rare malignant central jaw tumor derived from odontogenic epithelial remnants.This paper reported a case with intraosseous squamous cell carcinoma affecting the right mandible.The patient presented with persistent unhealing right mandibular tooth extraction wound,accompanied by granulation tissue formation and local pain,which did not affect the function of eating and speech.Right free vascularized fibula musculocutaneous flap was used for repair of the defects after surgical resection,and postoperative pathology confirmed squamous cell carcinoma.
