四川省内江市青花椒产业发展现状及对策分析

摘　　要：青花椒作为我国西南片区栽培的主导优良花椒品种,其果实具有重要的药用价值,是“川菜”的重要佐料,同时,在当前退耕还林工程和农村产业结构调整中被列为主要的生态经济树种。内江地区作为四川省盆中丘陵区青花椒最适宜种植区,是四川省青花椒产业发展的优势区域。为促进内江市青花椒产业快速、健康、有序发展,在深入调查全市范围内青花椒产业发展基本情况的基础上,客观分析了全市青花椒产业的发展现状、主要成效及存在问题,针对性地提出了以“建基地、融科技、促加工、创品牌、拓市场、搞融合、强支撑”为主线的内江市青花椒产业发展的对策和建议。Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc.as the dominant and excellent pepper cultivar in southwestern China,its fruit has important medicinal value.It is an important condiment of Sichuan cuisine.At the same time,at present,the conversion of farmland to forestry project and the adjustment of rural industrial structure are listed as the main eco-economic tree species.Neijiang is the most suitable planting area of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc.in the Middle Hilly Area of Sichuan Basin.It is an advantageous area for the development of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc.industry in Sichuan Province.In order to promote the rapid,healthy and orderly development of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc.industry in Neijiang City,on the basis of in-depth investigation of the basic situation of the development of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc.industry in the whole city,this paper objectively analyzed the development status,main achievements and existing problems of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc.in the whole city.The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc.industry in Neijiang City were put forward with the main line of“building base,integrating science and technology,promoting processing,creating brand,expanding market,developing integration and strong support”.
