摘 要:目的探讨低年级医学生作为标准化病人用于临床教学的可行性。方法招募低年级医学生志愿者,经培训合格后,用于诊断学病史采集技能的教学。结果低年级医学生作为标准化病人用于教学,培训时间短,使用时间长,易于沟通交流,并且不影响他们的作息,还提高他们学习医学的兴趣。结论低年级医学生作为标准化病人应用于临床教学可行,教学效果良好。Objective To investigate the feasibility of junior medical students as standardized patients in clinical teaching.Methods Junior medical students were recruited,and after training,they were used in the teaching of medical history collection skills in diagnostics.Results The application of junior medical students as standardized patients in teaching had the advantages of short training time,long using time,and easy communication,and it did not affect their work and rest and increased their inte-rest in studying medicine.Conclusion The application of junior medical students as standardized patients is feasible in clinical teaching and has a good teaching effect.
