护士对髋关节置换术患者实施快速康复护理路径体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的深入分析创伤骨科护士在实施快速康复护理路径的真实体验,为规范有效地实施快速康复护理路径提供参考依据。方法采用现象学方法对创伤骨科9名护士进行半结构式、面对面深度访谈,运用Colaizzi资料分析原则进行资料整理分析,提炼主题。结果经分析提炼出4个主题,主要是:开展快速康复护理路径可缩短住院时间,节约费用,密切护患关系,提高患者满意度;降低患者术后并发症,促进疾病早日康复;激发护士主动工作学习的热情,提高护理质量;快速康复护理路径的实施仍需持续质量改进。结论快速康复护理路径的实施,对患者康复和护理质量的提高均有积极的作用,但在实施过程中仍需持续质量改进,以为患者提供更优质的护理服务。Objective The purpose of this study was to deeply analyze the real experience of nurses in the Department of Orthopedic Trauma in the implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing path,so as to provide reference for the standardized and effective implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing path.Methods The phenomenological method was used to conduct semi-structured,face-to-face and in-depth interviews with 9 nurses in the Department of Orthopedic Trauma.Results 4 themes were summarized by the analysis.The main themes were:rapid rehabilitation nursing path to shorten the length of hospital stay to save the cost,enhancing the relationship between nurses and patients to improve the satisfaction of patients,reducing postoperative complications to promote early recovery,stimulating nurses to work and study actively to improve the quality of nursing.The implementation of the rapid rehabilitation nursing path still needs continuous quality improvement.Conclusion The implementation of the nursing path of rapid rehabilitation has a positive effect on the improvement of patients′rehabilitation and nursing quality,but continuous quality improvement is still needed to provide better nursing services for patients.
