摘　　要：目的了解原发性肝癌患者术后早期活动依从性的影响因素,为提高患者的治疗依从性提供依据。方法采用面对面、非结构式的访谈法,对本科14例原发性肝癌术后患者进行深入访谈,运用Colaizzi内容分析法分析资料。结果提炼出影响原发性肝癌患者术后早期活动依从性的3个主题,即对早期下床活动缺乏正确认识、疼痛、活动受限。结论为提高原发性肝癌患者术后早期活动的依从性,应关注并解决影响患者早期下床活动的因素,以促进患者加速康复。Objective The purpose of the research is to understand the influencing factors of early postoperative activity compliance in patients with primary liver cancer,and to provide a basis for improving patients′treatment compliance.Methods 14 cases of primary liver cancer patients were deeply interviewed by face-to-face and non-structured meeting,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi method.Results Three themes affecting the early postoperative activity compliance of patients with primary liver cancer were summarized,including the lack of correct understanding of early ambulation,pain,and activity limitation.Conclusion In order to improve the compliance of early postoperative activities and accelerate the recovery of primary liver cancer patients,we should attach importance to the factors affecting their early ambulation.
