摘　　要：目的探索医疗大数据时代围术期麻醉专科方向数据库的建设及应用。方法基于本院基础医疗业务系统,利用Greenplum大数据解决方案,建立围术期麻醉专科数据库,并采用临床数据交换标准协会(Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium,CDISC)数据标准,实现数据标准化。结果围术期麻醉专科数据库实现了围术期患者数据整合、治理和质量控制;并完成了专科大数据应用平台的建设。结论围术期麻醉专科数据库将汇集多家医院的围术期医疗数据,有利于促进围术期患者信息资源的分析研究和沟通交流,在科研上发挥出1+1大于2的数据价值效应。Objective Exploring the construction and application of the database for the perioperative anesthesia specialist in the era of medical big data.Methods Based on the basic medical business system of the hospital,the Greenplum big data solution was used to establish a perioperative anesthesia specialist database,and the CDISC data standard was used to standardize the data.Results The perioperative anesthesia specialist database has realized perioperative patient data integration,governance and quality control.A specialist big data application platform has been constructed.Conclusion The perioperative anesthesia specialist database will collect perioperative medical data from multiple hospitals,which will facilitate the analysis,research and communication of perioperative patient information resources,and exert multiplying effect of data value in scientific research.
