摘　　要：OBE先进教育理念为新时代的高校人才培养体系改革提供了重要的理论依据,OBE作为师范类专业认证标准的核心理念,贯穿师范生培养全过程,是提高师范类专业人才培养质量的重要抓手。以宁德师范学院为例,基于OBE理念的指导,以师范类专业认证为契机,通过对人才培养目标、教师培养机制、质量评价体系及持续改进机制等四个方面推行本科教育教学综合改革,探索构建基于OBE理念的教师教育人才培养模式改革的实现路径,从而提升和保障学校的人才培养质量。OBE advanced education concept provides an important theoretical basis for the reform of the talents training system in colleges and universities in the new era.As a core concept of the certification standard for normal majors,OBE runs through the whole process of normal students’training as a main way to improve their quality.Taking Ningde Normal University as an example,In the light of the OBE concept and the professional certification of the normal universities,this paper explores how to realize the reform of the educational talents training mode in four aspects:the goal of talents training,the mechanism of teachers training,the system of quality evaluation and the mechanism of continuous improvement,so as to promote and guarantee the talents training quality.
