摘  要:目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者介入治疗中应用循证护理的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年5月本院收治的200例急性心肌梗死患者,均行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗。采用摸球法分为研究组(n=100,循证护理)与对照组(n=100,常规护理)。比较两组干预效果。结果干预后,研究组健康知识掌握度评分高于对照组(t=21.980,P=0.000);研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(t=17.465、17.038,P=0.000、0.000);研究组并发症发生率(3.00%)低于对照组(11.00%)(X^2=4.915,P=0.026)。结论急性心肌梗死患者介入治疗中应用循证护理可提升患者对健康知识掌握度,调节心理状态,预防相关并发症。Objective To study the interventional therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction,the effect of the application of evidencebased nursing.Methods In the intensive sampling method,200 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected for percutaneous coronary intervention.They were divided into research group(n=100,evidence-based nursing)and control group(n=100,conventional care)according to touch the ball method.Compare intervention effect of two groups.Results After the intervention,the health knowledge to master degree score in research group was higher than the control group(t=21.980,P=0.000).The SAS,SDS score in research group was lower than the control group(t=17.465,17.038,P=0.000,0.000).The complications in research group(3.00%)was lower than the control group(11.00%)(X^2=4.915,P=0.026).Conclusion Interventional treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction in application of evidencebased nursing can enhance the health knowledge to master degree,adjust state of mind,to prevent related complications.
