摘　　要：目的研究缺血性脑卒中后高强度他汀类药物治疗的安全性与依从性。方法选取2016年6月~2018年6月医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者60例,均采用高强度他汀类药物治疗。对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随访时间1年,总结患者药物治疗的安全性与依从性,并分析影响依从性的原因。结果患者用药期间的不良反应发生率为16.67%(10/60),用药依从率为43.33%(26/60)。影响依从性的原因主要包括随访、指导、报销、文化程度(P<0.05);而与性别、年龄、用药种类、功能预后、脑卒中危险因素个数无关(P>0.05)。结论在缺血性脑卒中患者的治疗中,使用高强度他汀类药物治疗,安全性较高,但依从性情况并不理想。随访、指导、报销、文化程度等因素会影响患者的用药依从性,应当加以注意,并采取有效的措施干预,保证患者按时按量合理用药,提高治疗效果。Objective To study the safety and compliance of high-intensity statin therapy after ischemic stroke.Methods 60 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected.All of them were treated with high-intensity statins.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the follow-up time was 1 year.The safety and compliance of drug treatment were summarized,and the reasons affecting compliance were analyzed.Results The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.67%(10/60),and the compliance rate was 43.33%(26/60).The reasons affecting compliance mainly included follow-up,guidance and reimbursement(P<0.05).It was independent of gender,age,education level,type of medication,functional prognosis and stroke risk factors(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of ischemic stroke patients,the use of high-intensity statins is safe,but compliance is not ideal.Follow-up,guidance,reimbursement and other factors will affect the patient's medication compliance,which should be paid attention to,and effective measures should be taken to ensure the patient's reasonable use of drugs on time and in quantity to improve the treatment effect.
