保留乳头乳晕复合体术后即刻假体重建在乳腺癌患者中的应用及近期随访研究

摘　　要：目的探究保留乳头乳晕复合体术后即刻假体重建在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取某院2018年10月~2019年8月收治的乳腺癌患者108例,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=54)和对照组(n=54),对照组展开保留乳头乳晕复合体术后即刻胸大肌下假体重建治疗,观察组采用保留乳头乳晕复合体术后即刻双平面假体重建治疗。比较两组术后美容效果、并发症情况。结果观察组美容效果优良率87.04%高于对照组62.26%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率12.96%(7/54)与对照组11.32%(6/53)相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论保留乳头乳晕复合体术后即刻双平面假体重建可显著提升乳腺癌患者术后乳房美容效果,且并发症少,安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of immediate prosthesis reconstruction in patients with breast cancer after the operation of acellular allogeneic dermis assisted with preserving nipple and areola complex.Methods A total of 108 breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from October 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=54)and control group(n=54).The control group underwent reconstruction of pectoralis major muscle prosthesis after the operation of preserving nipple areola complex immediately,and the observation group was treated with biplane prosthetic reconstruction immediately after the operation of preserving nipple areola complex.The cosmetic effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of cosmetic effect in the observation group was 87.04%higher than that in the control group 62.26%(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.96%(7/54)and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Immediate reconstruction of biplane prosthesis after nipple-preserving areola complex can significantly improve the cosmetic effect of breast cancer in patients with breast cancer,and it has fewer complications and high safety.
