摘　　要：职业技能大赛是职业教育改革发展的助推器,是人才培养提质培优的重要抓手。总结自动化专业群实践“以赛促教促学”提升人才培养质量、“以赛促建促改”促进专业内涵建设的经验和成效,为其他专业群教学改革与建设提供借鉴。Vocational skills competition is the booster of the reform and development of vocational education,and an important means to improve the quality of personnel training.A summary of the experience and effect of the practice of“promoting teaching and learning through competition”in automation specialty groups to improve the quality of personnel training and“promoting construction and reform through competition”to promote the construction of professional connotation was made,which can provide reference for the teaching reform and construction of other specialty groups.
