摘　　要：电子商务作为一种新型的商业模式在精准扶贫领域得快了快速的发展和广泛的应用。青海省采用“电子商务公司”“农村淘宝”“线上线下融合”“自营+加盟”等多种商业发展模式对农村精准扶贫,对促进农村经济的发展发挥了重要作用。在对青海农村电子商务精准扶贫模式的成功经验进行总结的基础上,提出了在精准扶贫背景下要改变农牧民思想观念、提高农牧民电商素质和优化农村电商营商环境等农村电子商务发展的有效对策。As a new business model,e-commerce has developed rapidly and been widely used in targeted poverty alleviation.Qinghai province adopts various business development models such as“e-commerce company”,“rural taobao”,“online and offline integration”and“self-support+franchising”to target poverty alleviation in rural areas and play an important role in prompting the development of rural economy.On the basis of summing up the successful experience of targeted poverty alleviation mode of rural e-commerce in Qinghai province,this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures for the development of rural e-commerce,such as changing the farmers and herdsmen’s views and values,improving their quality and optimizing the business environment of rural e-commerce under the background of targeted poverty alleviation.
