摘　　要：目的:比较半导体激光与传统手术刀行唇系带修整术的治疗效果。方法:选择40例需要唇系带修整的患者,随机分配到激光治疗组或传统的外科手术组接受唇系带修整术。记录两种治疗方法的手术时间,愈合时间及术后患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual analog scale,VAS)值。结果:两种治疗方法在手术时间、愈合时间方面比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后当天、术后第1天、术后第3天激光组与传统组的疼痛VAS评分比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半导体激光用于唇系带修整术,与传统手术相比,手术时间更短,在术后的早期阶段患者疼痛和不适反应更小,可作为唇系带修整术的替代治疗方法。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of diode laser and conventional surgery for labial frenectomy.Methods Forty patients were randomly assigned to the laser surgery group or conventional surgery group to receive labial frenectomy.The duration of surgery,healing time and postoperative Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores with the two surgical approaches were recorded.Results There were statistically significant differences between the laser surgery and conventional surgery groups in duration of surgery and healing time(P<0.05),and in the VAS scores at day 0,1 and 3 postoperatively(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional surgery,diode laser surgery for labial frenectomy could allow shorter duration of surgery,and experienced less pain and discomforts in the early postoperative stage,supporting its application as an alternative therapeutic approach for labial frenectomy.
