Mtow镍钛锉机扩与K3机用镍钛系统治疗牙髓炎的近远期效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察牙髓炎患者使用Mtow镍钛锉机扩、K3机用镍钛系统治疗的近远期效果。方法:选择笔者医院牙髓炎患者100例(患牙100颗),随机分为观察组和对照组各50例(患牙50颗),对照组为K3机用镍钛系统治疗,观察组为Mtow镍钛锉机扩治疗,均由同一医师独立完成全部操作。观察两组患者根管治疗期间不同曲度(直根管、中度弯曲根管、重度弯曲根管)根管预备时间,根管预备后1周内复查患者疼痛率,并对根管填充效果进行判断,随访观察1年、2年治疗成功率。结果:观察组直根管、中度弯曲根管、重度弯曲根管预备时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组根管预备后1周内无痛率为98.00%,高于对照组的92.00%(P<0.05)。观察组根管填充恰填率为94.12%,高于对照组的86.08%(P<0.05)。两组治疗结束1年成功率相当(P>0.05);观察组治疗结束2年成功率为92%,高于对照组的74%(P<0.05)。结论:Mtow镍钛锉机扩治疗牙髓炎根管预备时间较短,治疗后1周内无痛率及恰填率均较高,且治疗2年内成功率较高。Objective To observe the short-term and long-term effects of Mtow nickel titanium rotary file and K3 machineused nickel-titanium system in the treatment of patients with pulpitis.Methods 100 patients with pulpitis(100 affected teeth)were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases(50 affected teeth)in each group.Control group was treated with K3 machine-used nickel-titanium system,and observation group was given Mtow nickel titanium rotary file,and all operations were performed independently by the same physician.The root canal preparation times of different curvatures(straight root canal,moderately curved root canal,severely curved root canal)during root canal treatment were observed in the two groups.The pain rate of patients was reviewed within 1 week after root canal preparation,and the root canal filling effects were evaluated.And the treatment success rates at 1 year and 2 years were followed up and observed.Results The preparation times of straight root canal,moderately curved root canal and severely curved root canal in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The pain-free rate within 1 week after root canal preparation in observation group was higher than that in control group(98.00%vs 92.00%)(P<0.05).The proper filling rate of root canal filling in observation group was higher than that in control group(94.12%vs 86.08%)(P<0.05).The success rate in the two groups at 1 year after the end of treatment was equivalent(P>0.05).The success rate at 2 years after the end of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(92%vs 74%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Mtow nickel titanium rotary file for pulpitis has shorter root canal preparation time,higher pain-free rate and proper filling rate within 1 week after treatment,and higher success rate within 2 years of treatment.
