高职校企协同的“三级导师学徒制”人才培养模式构建研究

摘　　要：“三级导师学徒制”人才培养模式,着眼于企业人才需求标准,立足于高职特色专业群,利用学院和企业二元育人阵地,“课程体系”“项目体系”“企业实践体系”三体系进行人才培养,以先进的实训基地为载体,以校企深度融合为依托构建“三级导师学徒制”。“三级导师学徒制”能有效地激发学生学习能动性,全面提升学生专业能力、职业能力和综合素质。The author explains the connotation and advantages of“Three-level Apprenticeship”in higher vocational colleges in the paper,and makes an introduction on how to construct the model of“Three-level Apprenticeship”based on the advanced training base and the school-enterprise cooperation.It’s been proved that“three-level tutor apprenticeship system”can effectively stimulate students’learning initiative and improve students’professional ability,skill and comprehensive quality.
