摘 要:氨氮及氨基氮检测方法较多,通过对比发现纳氏试剂比色法操作简便、灵敏度高、危害较小且能提高检测效率,是微生物发酵过程检测的好方法。本文对三种检测方法从准确度、检测效率、反应条件和试剂的危害与成本进行比较分析,证明了纳氏试剂比色法的优越性;通过对影响纳氏试剂比色法检测结果的试剂配置与贮存、反应条件和干扰因等因素进行分析说明和改进,完善了方法细节,提高了方法的准确度和检测效率。There are many methods to detect ammonia nitrogen and amino nitrogen,through comparison,finding that Nessler's reagent colorimetric method is simple to operate,has high sensitivity,less harm and can improve the detection efficiency,it is a good method for the detection of microbial fermentation process.This paper compares and analyzes the accuracy,detection efficiency,reaction conditions,hazards and costs of reagents of three detection methods,and proves the advantages of Nessler reagent colorimetry.Through analyzing,explaining and improving the factors influencing the detection results of Nessler's reagent colorimetric method,such as reagent configuration and storage,reaction conditions and interference factors,the method details are improved,and the accuracy and detection efficiency of the method are improved.
