摘　　要：文章简述自我效能感的研究现状,分析大学生的英语自我效能感影响因素,探讨提高大学生英语自我效能感的具体策略。帮助学生端正学习态度,掌握有效学习方法,同时创设英语教学情境,提高学生的学习积极性,注重师生积极互动,认真开展合作学习,并充分发挥教学评价的功能,可以提高高校大学生英语自我效能感。This paper briefly introduces the research status of self-efficacy,analyzes the influencing factors of College Students'English self-efficacy,and explores the specific strategies to improve college students'English self-efficacy.To help students correct their learning attitude,master effective learning methods,create English teaching situations,improve their enthusiasm for learning,pay attention to the positive interaction between teachers and students,seriously carry out cooperative learning,and give full play to the function of teaching evaluation can improve the self-efficacy of college students.
