特色酒文化旅游资源类型及开发模式分析

摘　　要：伴随旅游行业的快速发展,旅游资源的挖掘是丰富旅游市场的必要途径。在我国几千年的文明发展历史里沉淀了多姿多彩的酒文化,酒渗透于社会生活的每个角落,其以一种特殊的文化模式,在我国传统文化里占据不可撼动的地位。围绕特色酒文化旅游资源类型及开发模式进行深入分析后可知,特色酒文化旅游资源类型中包含了酒俗、历史遗迹、酿酒工艺、酒器;酒文化和旅游资源耦合的开发模式可采用内容高水平耦合开发模式、公共耦合开发模式、内容从属式的外部耦合开发模式,其中广纳资金属于耦合开发的第一保障,文化创意产业人才开发、优化与落实区域文化资源开发政策属于耦合开发的核心保障。With the rapid development of the tourism industry,the exploitation of tourism resources has become a necessary way to enrich the tourism market.In China,liquor culture has a long history,permeates every corner of social life,and occupies an unshakable position in traditional Chinese culture.After a thorough analysis of the types and development modes of tourism resources of characteristic liquor culture,it can be concluded that the types of tourism resources of characteristic liquor culture includes liquor customs,historical relics,liquor-making techniques and liquor vessels;the coupling development of liquor culture and tourism resources may adopt the high-level content-coupled development mode,the public-coupled development mode and the internal-level-coupled development mode.Broad-based funding is the first guarantee of the coupling development.Talent development for cultural and creative industries,and optimization and implementation of regional cultural resource development policies are the core guarantee of the coupling development.
