双创教育视阈下南通高职院校学生企业家精神培育研究

摘　　要：高职院校双创教育是深化高等教育教学改革,促进大学生高质量就业的有力举措。企业家精神是宝贵的文化资源,培育企业家精神是建设"创新型国家"的时代要求。企业家精神培育与高职院校双创教育融合,科学且可行。结合南通地区高职院校企业家精神培育现状,提出从优化创业课程体系、强化创业实践平台、营造创业文化氛围、铸牢创业师资队伍等方面入手,培育高职院校学生企业家精神的路径。Entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges is a powerful measure to deepen the teaching reform of higher education and promote the high-quality employment of college students.Entrepreneurship is a culturally valuable resource and the time demands of building an“innovative country”,which should be the core content of entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges.The integration of both is scientific and feasible.Combined with the current situation of entrepreneurship cultivation in higher vocational colleges in Nantong,this paper puts forward the cultivation path of entrepreneurship from the aspects of optimizing curriculum system,strengthening practice platform,constructing entrepreneurship culture,and building teaching staff teams and so on.
