基于DMAIC模型的高校电子招投标流程优化

摘　　要：运用6σ管理的DMAIC模型,组建项目管理团队,通过定义、测量、分析、改进、控制五个阶段工作,对现有高校招投标流程进行优化,设计高校电子招投标流程。电子招投标流程使高校招投标活动更加公开透明,为各部门采购工作减负,解决了传统招投标流程烦琐、寒暑假期间项目审批难等问题,大幅缩短流程时长,提高了效率。A project management team is established by using the DMAIC model managed with 6σstandard.Through the five stages of definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control,this paper optimizes the current tender process and designs the electronic tender process in colleges and universities.The electronic tender process makes the college tender activities more transparent,meanwhile reduces the burden of procurement work for each department so that it solves the problems such as the tediousness in traditional tender process,and the difficulties in project approval during winter and summer vacations.It greatly shortens the process time and improves efficiency.
